I'm Chaquana Denise, I'm often referred to as CJ or Denise, it's just so much easier to pronounce! PHOTOGRAPHER, FRIEND and the heart behind the camera here at C. Denise Imagery dedicating my heart to wedding and portrait photography. A nurturing Target lovin' mother of three to Ashiya, Kaiden and little miss Kennedy Grace, dog momma to Sabrina and Blu, a wife to the absolute love of my life and headache Sam- as he likes to be called, a daily ridiculously obsessed human over Chick-Fil-A, organic mint tea and all things sweet! 
  

My passion for photography started many years ago when my mom gave me my first poloroid at eight. My grandmother and auntie gave me the gift to travel. We always traveled during the summer months prior to my grandmother Dorothy being called home. Her legacy gave me the gift to love, to cherish and to celebrate each day and moment as if it's your last! I was only ten but remember it just like it was yesterday. At such a young age I documented my grandmothers homegoing service and have all of the photographs that I cherish deeply.I officially made things official in 2013 and took a leap of faith and quit my full-time job to be able to live my best life on purpose with joy in my heart through all of the beautiful love and life stories I get to document on a daily basis!
